HOW I JAILBREAKED MY IPAD

1. Downloaded the current Redsn0w, the iOS 4.3.5 and iOS 4.3.4 firmware for the IPAD 1.
2. Plug in IPAD and run Redsn0w on my laptop.
3. Browse for the 4.3.4 firmware in Redsn0w and select it (NOT the 4.3.5 FIRMWARE)
4. Hit next and then check install Cydia
5. Enter DFU mode ahead of time to bypass the instruction screen!

a. Hold down the power button for 3 seconds
b. Continue holding the power button and start holding the home button and continue HOLDING BOTH for 10 seconds
c. Let go of power and continue holding home button for 20 seconds (even after it skips to the next screen! YOU MUST COUNT TO 20 ON YOUR OWN)

6. Wait for it to finish and reboot (the video shows how long EVERYTHING takes)
7. Power off the IPAD while its plugged in and then open Redsn0w again
8. Browse for the 4.3.4 firmware again
9. Check the “Just boot tethered right now” only and follow ALL the instructions in step 5

The IPAD is now Jailbroken on iOS 4.3.5

FRUSTRATING NOTE: I have to run the Redsn0w on my laptop in the “Just boot tethered right now” mode every time I have to reboot my IPAD to use ANYTHING from Cydia (including Cydia itself) – the same applies for Safari!  If you get a white Cydia icon and or your Safari doesn’t work, reboot in Redsn0w’s “Just boot tethered right now” mode!

Need to buy a OBD-2 WIFI adapter for my car and app for the IPAD, so it will read the diagnostics from the car.  Also, want to get a mounting bracket that screws into the seat rail, like in the cop cars, that way I can transfer from one car to the next.

What is Installous?

Installous is an exciting app that was created by Hackulo.us which allows you to use the full version trails of all apps found in AppStore and is found in Cydia. In simple words, Installous 4.0 app allows the users to install cracked iOS apps on their jailbroken iPad for free.

How to Install Installous on iPad

To begin with the procedure to install installous on iPad, AppSync should be installed on the jailbroken iDevice. This patches the mobile installation file on the iPad, which allows installing .ipa files without iTunes.
Now the user can initiate Cydia and then select “Manage” tab at the bottom.
Now go to “Source”, then “Edit” and finally select “Add”. Here the user is prompted to enter an URL. Type http://cydia.hackulo.us/ and select “Add Source”. The rest of the necessary settings will be installed by Cydia.
After you install installous on iPad, the users can search for Installous and then install it.

Open “Cydia” and Click on “Manage” (on the bottom)
The Click on “Sources” followed by “Hackulo.us Repository”.
Install “AppSync” for your current version of iOS, it is compatible for almost all versions.
Then Install “Hackulous Security and Installous”.
Finally, Install the “Source Graphical User Interface(GUI)”
